The residents of Foro have called for facilitation of the semi-urban center’s master plan in line with the pace of urbanization being witnessed there. Foro, 1 February 2013 – The residents of Foro have called for facilitation of the semi-urban center’s master plan in line with the pace of urbanization being witnessed there. They further indicated that there exists significant potential for construction of residential and other buildings.

Among the residents, Mr. Saleh Ibrahim Dongolo and Ms. Alem Hagos said that several social service facilities have been put in place in the locality, and that the implementation of the locality’s master plan would give impetus to construction, thus encouraging further settlement.

Representing the Administrator of Foro sub-zone, Mr. Mahmoud Abdalla asserted that the semi-urban center’s master plan would be implemented shortly, and called on the residents to make the necessary preparations in the meantime.
