Tourists express satisfaction with the prevailing peace and social harmony in Eritrea

A number of Austrian and Australian tourists who made a tour of various corners of Eritrea expressed satisfaction with the prevailing peace and social harmony in the country.

Asmara, 27 February 2013 – A number of Austrian and Australian tourists who made a tour of various corners of Eritrea expressed satisfaction with the prevailing peace and social harmony in the country. They further lauded the nation’s natural resources and the commitment of its citizens in the nation-building process.

Mr. Johanna Mag and Mr. Johannes Reinische said that Eritrea is heading towards gratifying development, and voiced appreciation for the people’s norm pertaining to environmental hygiene vis-à-vis the cultural diversity and friendliness of the climate.

Mr. Nichilas Anthains and Mr. Penkelsten Valenin on their part pointed out that there is a lot of good to be said about Eritrea unlike what is alleged by some media outlets targeting the country’s image.

Mr. Alem Akalu, tour guide in Explore Eritrea touring venture, explained that the country holds remarkable potential as regards tourism, and called for reinforcement of joint efforts regarding conservation of the resources to this end.
