The residents of Medefera have called on service businesses in the city to strive for still more gratifying service quality. Mendefera, 12 March 2013 – The residents of Medefera have called on service businesses in the city to strive for still more gratifying service quality. They further indicated that a number of small-scale service businesses have been exerting efforts towards ensuring customer satisfaction.

Among customers, Mr. Amanuel Tesfu and Mr. Tekeste Hidrai asserted that the quality of service being rendered by such ventures has by and large improved, and called on them to adhere to low profit margin strategy.

Mr. Temesgen Niguse, owner of bar and bakery shop, Mr. Daniel Tesfalidet, hotel manager, explained that they are working hard to meet local demand on the basis of growing business both in scope and service standard.

Reports indicate that there exist 77 restaurants and bars, 16 hotels and pensions, as well as 50 snack bars in the city.
