Youths and students in Afambo Administrative area extend labor support to families of martyrs

Reports indicated that youths and students in Afambo Administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, have renovated houses of families of martyrs through integrating labor and other resources. Assab, 13 March 2013 – Reports indicated that youths and students in Afambo Administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, have renovated houses of families of martyrs through integrating labor and other resources.

Among the beneficiaries, Mr. Mohammed Egahlie and Ms. Aso Halo expressed satisfaction with the support, and said that it attests to the prevalence of cultural values among the members of the youth generation.

Out of the participants of the undertaking, Musa Mohammed and Fatima Habib asserted that the nation-building process requires active participation of the youth, and that they took the initiative out of their obligation to honor the trust of fallen heroes.

Mr. Hamadu Mohammed, director of the Junior School in Afambo village, and Mr. Mohammed Ahmed, NUEYS representative in the locality, said that joint efforts have been exerted with a view to raising student overall awareness vis-à-vis academic pursuit, and that such initiative is the outcome of the venture.
