Elementary school in Foro organizes Student Week

The Elementary School in Foro semi-urban center organized a Student Week. Foro, 20 March 2013 – The Elementary School in Foro semi-urban center organized a Student Week.

Mr. Ibrahim Abubeker, director of the school, explained that the event is a remarkable opportunity for students to identify their inclinations and potentials, besides the fact that it nurtures spirit of competition in a favorable manner. He further called on the community to enhance participation in this regard.

Mr. Seid Haj Abubeker, head of the NUEYS branch in Foro sub-zone, equally expressed conviction that such event ensures groundwork for students to exchange experience and demonstrate their capacities. He also expressed appreciation for the activities staged on the occasion, and called for higher parental role in scholastic affairs.

Various cultural and sports activities were staged during the event, in addition to general knowledge contest, fashion show and presentation of artistic works.
