Inhabitants of Girmaika Administrative area express satisfaction with potable water supply

The inhabitants of Girmaika Administrative area, Forto-Sawa sub-zone, have expressed satisfaction with potable water supply facility in the locality which is powered by solar energy.

Forto-Sawa, 18 April 2013 – The inhabitants of Girmaika Administrative area, Forto-Sawa sub-zone, have expressed satisfaction with potable water supply facility in the locality which is powered by solar energy.

Among the inhabitants, Sheikh Adem Bekhit, Mr. Ali Idris Aderob and Mr. Girmai Tekeste said that the facility which has also secured water supply for livestock is cost-effective and durable, and asserted that they would practice its prudent utilization.

Mr. Mengis Digetai from the Area administration disclosed that the facility comprises 2 reservoirs and 3 distribution stations, and pointed out that the service is being rendered at a reasonable price.
