Haben Construction Company organizes training for 163 new staff members

A total of 163 new staff members of Haben Construction Company who have been attending a 6-month training course regarding plumbing and electricity graduated today.

Asmara, 20 April 2013 – A total of 163 new staff members of Haben Construction Company who have been attending a 6-month training course regarding plumbing and electricity graduated today.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony at Mai-Sirwa recreational center, Mr. Aron Tesfamariam, Administrator of the company, explained that such opportunity is the outcome of the endeavors being exerted nationwide as regards youth-targeting human resource development. He further indicated that the company would step up efforts in organizing training courses of this type.

A representative of the graduates voiced his colleagues’ satisfaction with the training vis-à-vis their readiness to translate the knowledge they have acquired into practice.

Among the beneficiaries, Tsega Woldegebriel, Temesgen Bahta and Aman Andom said that they would serve the people with commitment.

Reports indicate that the specialty of the current training course by the company lies on the fact that it was given following the establishment of its boarding training center, in addition to its theoretical and practical scope.
