Inhabitants of Areza sub-zone called upon to resort to settlement of legal cases through traditional customs

The Administration of Areza sub-zone has called on the inhabitants to resort to settlement of simple legal cases through traditional customs.

Areza, 2 May 2013 – The Administration of Areza sub-zone has called on the inhabitants to resort to settlement of simple legal cases through traditional customs. It made the call at a meeting with community representatives and Area administrators, during which a call was made on village and Area administrators, as well as members of village committees to play due role to this end.

Mr. Abraham Hagos, Administrator of the sub-zone, said that legal cases such as those related to utilization of grassland and use of farmland should be settled through the aforementioned sound manner.

Moreover, Mr. Mengisteab Teame, head of the Agriculture Ministry’s branch in the sub-zone, called on farmers to properly apply compost before the onset of the rainy season, beside the need to enhance joint efforts towards raising output as regards livestock and apiculture.

The participants of the meeting expressed readiness to step up participation in State affairs, and put forth views regarding several issues.
