Youth nationals in Amsterdam city and its environs express readiness to step-up participation in State affairs
Youth nationals residing in the Dutch city of Amsterdam and its environs have expressed readiness to step-up participation in State affairs.
Asmara, 12 May 2013 – Youth nationals residing in the Dutch city of Amsterdam and its environs have expressed readiness to step-up participation in State affairs.
Mr. Solomon Mehari, head of Consular Affairs at the Eritrean embassy in Holland, noted the crucial role of the youth in the nation-building process, and called on parents to raise participation as regards enhancing youth organization.
Dr. Fiera, a Surinamese citizen residing in Holland and companion of the Eritrean community, gave briefings regarding the experience of Surinamese youths residing in Netherlands vis-à-vis the challenges they face, and lauded the Eritrean community members for managing to build a strong youth organization. He further expressed appreciation for the perseverance of Eritrean youths, and said that the nation would realize its cherished goals, besides challenging enemy conspiracies.
A representative of the youth nationals made presentation regarding the experience of Eritrean youth generations, and asserted that they would enhance their role to this end. Parents on their part conducted discussion pertaining to the ways and means of backing youth activities financially.
