Dirt road linking Akhrur, Hiebo and Adi-Qontsi villages with Segeneiti renovated through popular undertaking

Reports indicated that the dirt road linking Akhrur, Hiebo and Adi-Qontsi villages with Segeneiti urban center has been renovated through popular undertaking which expected to continue with the tasks of soil and water conservation, as well as preparation of farmland.

Segeneiti, 17 May 2013 – Reports indicated that the dirt road linking Akhrur, Hiebo and Adi-Qontsi villages with Segeneiti urban center has been renovated through popular undertaking which expected to continue with the tasks of soil and water conservation, as well as preparation of farmland.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Tefamariam Hagos, Mr. Kiflemariam Tesfamichael, Ms. Genet Gidei and Mr. Ogbamichael Tewolde said that the route has been causing remarkable transportation problems, and expressed satisfaction with its renovation vis-à-vis the spirit of synergism witnessed in the process.

Likewise, Mr. Haile Teklemariam and Ms. Jim’a Mohammed pointed out that the community’s livelihood is improving in line with the putting in place of various social service facilities.
