The Students Independence Day Week that has being undergoing in the Central region from 7 May under the theme “ERITREA – Shield of Resilience and Nobility of Work” concluded on the 19th of May.
Asmara, 19 May 2013- The Students Independence Day Week that has being undergoing in the Central region from 7 May under the theme “ERITREA – Shield of Resilience and Nobility of Work” concluded on the 19th of May.
The concluding event that has been conducted at the kindergartens of Rehabot and Kokeb was aimed at transferring the history of their parents to children and understand the spirit and meaning of Independence so that they grow up nurtured with the rich values and good culture of the Eritrean people.
During the event artistic programs depicting the meaning and spirit of Independence were staged by Bana and Mai-Walaku elementary schools.
Similar programs depicting the 30 years struggle for independence were also staged in the Junior High Schools of Adi-Guaedad and Tseazega.
