Participants of the 22nd Independence Day celebrations said that the heavy sacrifice paid for independence shoulders big responsibility to the young generation.

Asmara, 21 May 2013- Participants of the 22nd Independence Day celebrations said that the heavy sacrifice paid for independence shoulders big responsibility to the young generation.

Ms. Nardos Michael and Ms. Saron Rissom who said that freedom is a throne assumed with heavy price, and that the peace and stability they are enjoying are the fruit of the struggle.

Mr. Yacob Yassin and Mr. Abdulkadir Idris who came from Sudan  to celebrate Eritrean Independence Day on their part expressed appreciation to observe Independence Day celebration being making the Day being handed over to the young generation, and that it has a deep meaning.
