The Eritrean community members in the Dutch city of Rotterdam and its environs have voiced staunch resistance against anti-Eritrea agendas, and expressed readiness to back up the national development drive.

Asmara, 23 May 2013 – The Eritrean community members in the Dutch city of Rotterdam and its environs have voiced staunch resistance against anti-Eritrea agendas, and expressed readiness to back up the national development drive. They made the pledge at a meeting they held last weekend, during which they lauded the citizenry’s steadfastness in connection with national development and safeguarding the nation’s dignity.

Mr. Solomon Mehari, head of consular affairs at the Eritrean Embassy in Holland, gave briefings regarding the objective situation in the Homeland vis-à-vis the role of popular resistance in foiling hostile acts targeting the Homeland.

Likewise, Mr. Negasi Kassa, executive of Embassy Affairs at the Eritrean Embassy in Belgium, called on the participants of the meeting to become beneficiaries of new investment prospects in the land of their origin.

Moreover, seminars were conducted on the occasion pertaining to psychological war and its upshots and the new scenario for investment in the country.
