Independence Day celebrated in more German cities

The Eritrean community members in the German cities of Stuttgart and Heidelberg celebrated the 22nd Independence Day anniversary with patriotic zeal.

Asmara, 30 May 2013 – The Eritrean community members in the German cities of Stuttgart and Heidelberg celebrated the 22nd Independence Day anniversary with patriotic zeal.

Cultural, sports, artistic and other activities featured on the occasion, and the nationals reiterated their pledge to mount participation in State affairs.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Germany, Mr. Petros Tsegai, Mr. Kahsai Tewolde, head of community affairs at the Embassy, and Mr. Yohanes Woldu, Consul General in Berlin city, gave briefings during the events, and urged the community members to play due role in national development programs.
