Assab, 30 May 2013 – EDF members in the Southern Red Sea region celebrated the 22nd Independence Day anniversary with patriotic zeal. They further expressed satisfaction with the development accomplishments the nation is registering, and asserted that they would enhance their role to this end.

Among the Army members, Idris Mohammed, Girmai Keleta, Mohammed-Nur Osman and Gebregziabher Beyene said that the event is an occasion during which they reiterate their pledge to honor the trust of martyrs. Moreover, they asserted that the growing momentum of the national development drive attests to the citizenry’s commitment as regards the nation-building process.
