75 youths become beneficiaries of training in Laelai-Gash sub-zone

As part of its endeavors to raise production capacity of members, the NUEYS branch in Laelai-Gash sub-zone organized training course for a total of 75 youths, 20 of whom are females.

Augaro, 6 June 2013 – As part of its endeavors to raise production capacity of members, the NUEYS branch in Laelai-Gash sub-zone organized training course for a total of 75 youths, 20 of whom are females.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Abdelwasi’e Mahkum, head of the branch office, explained that the training was organized with a view to equipping members with skills and promoting their all-round awareness. He further called on the beneficiaries to develop the technical knowhow they have acquired through practical exposure.

Also speaking on the occasion, Mr. Saleh Mohammed-Nur, head of the PFDJ’s branch in the sub-zone, pointed out that the role of knowledge-equipped youths is significant in the nation-building process. He further called on the trainees to effectively utilize the opportunity accorded them at government expenditure.

Among the trainees, Tesfagabir Gebretinsae and Adiam Fitwi said that the knowledge they have acquired is a stepping stone to career development.

Mr. Abraham Haile, Administrator of Laelai-Gash sub-zone, stated that the Union has been implementing effective programs in this regard, and called on the beneficiaries of the training to ensure bright future on the basis of such opportunity.
