The inhabitants of Umle village, Foro sub-zone, expressed satisfaction with the new transport outreach across Egila-Foro route constructed at government expenditure with a view to giving impetus to the pace of rural development in the area.
Foro, 11 June 2013 – The inhabitants of Umle village, Foro sub-zone, expressed satisfaction with the new transport outreach across Egila-Foro route constructed at government expenditure with a view to giving impetus to the pace of rural development in the area.
Among the inhabitants, Ms. Seida Omar Mohammed, Ms. Saliha Suleiman Mohammed and Mr. Adem Idris pointed out that the construction of the road has promoted overall activities in the area, and lauded the commitment of Bidho Construction Company in its implementation.
Mr. Ungo’o Abdalla, Administrator of the area, equally explained that the construction of the road has facilitated socio-economic activities, and called on the inhabitants to extend a helping hand towards popularizing community-based style of living.
Mr. Mahmoud Abdalla, representing the Administrator of Foro sub-zone, said that an accomplishment of this type attests to the Government’s commitment as regards bridging the development gap between urban and rural areas.
