Employees of the MOI and PFDJ plant tree seedlings in connection with Martyrs Day

Employees of the Ministry of Information and the PFDJ today planted tree seedlings within the compound of the Ministry in connection with Martyrs Day.

Asmara, 19 June 2013 – Employees of the Ministry of Information and the PFDJ today planted tree seedlings within the compound of the Ministry in connection with Martyrs Day.

Among the participants, Mr. Abraham Gebremichael, Mr. Netsereab Gebreyesus, Ms. Suad Ahmed and Mr. Ahmed Mohammed-Omar expressed satisfaction with taking part in such event organized in honor of the fallen heroes. They further indicated that a program of this type is a good means of popularizing the national values to this end among the young generation, and said that the event is an occasion when nationals should reiterate their pledge of honoring the trust of martyrs.

Accordingly, a number of olive seedlings have been planted.
