Inhabitants and natives of Ziban-Angeb renovate dirt road to the village through popular campaign

The inhabitants and natives of Ziban-Angeb village, Dekemhare sub-zone, renovated the dirt road to their village on the basis of popular campaign involving mobilization of labor resource and more than 1 million Nakfa collected through fundraising .

Dekemhare, 24 June 2013 – The inhabitants and natives of Ziban-Angeb village, Dekemhare sub-zone, renovated the dirt road to their village on the basis of popular campaign involving mobilization of labor resource and more than 1 million Nakfa collected through fundraising .

Mr. Tsegai Haile, village Administrator, pointed out that the community-based venture could be effective thanks to the spirit of synergy witnessed in the process, and commended the inhabitants’ active participation.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Mebrahtu Gebreab, Mr. Habtom Gebrehiwet, Ms. Fireweini Mebrahtu and Ms. Letesilasie Woldegabir expressed satisfaction with the renovation of the road, and said that it would have major impact in easing daily activities to and fro the locality.

Ziban-Angeb is located some 13 Km. west of Dekemhare city.
