Wina Technical School graduates 194 students with certificate

A total of 194 students who have been attending a 2-year certificate courses in Auto Mechanics, Metalwork, Electricity, Construction, Woodwork, Surveying and Drafting in Wina Technical School, Nacfa, graduated recently.

Nacfa, 26 June 2013 – A total of 194 students who have been attending a 2-year certificate courses in Auto Mechanics, Metalwork, Electricity, Construction, Woodwork, Surveying and Drafting in Wina Technical School, Nacfa, graduated recently.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Kalab Zeru, school director, indicated that the school made significant contribution during the armed struggle for independence, besides the fact that it equipped more than 2,000 youths with various skills for the nation-building process.

Also speaking on the occasion, Mr. Girmai Estifanos, head of curriculum development in the Ministry of Education, pointed out that developmental move cannot be registered without human resource development, and that the government has been exerting stepped-up endeavors to this end.

A representative of the graduating batch said that the acknowledge they have acquired constitutes a step forward to career development, and expressed his colleagues’ readiness to serve the people with dedication.

Among parents, Ms. Sitel Saleh, Mr. Hamd Osman and Mr. Zere Michael expressed satisfaction with the educational opportunity accorded to their children at government expenditure.
