Inhabitants of Emni-Haili sub-zone extend labor support to families of martyrs

The inhabitants of Kudob’ur, Adi-Agua, Tafa-Nifas and Adi-Yaqne, Emni-Haili sub-zone, extended labor support to families of martyrs, involving the tilling of 220 farming land plots and renovation of various residential houses.

Dirko, 1 July 2013 – The inhabitants of Kudob’ur, Adi-Agua, Tafa-Nifas and Adi-Yaqne, Emni-Haili sub-zone, extended labor support to families of martyrs, involving the tilling of 220 farming land plots and renovation of various residential houses.

Among the beneficiaries of the support, Ms. Asefash Haile and Ms. Alemtsehai Gebremedhin lauded the all-round support being extended to them by the people and the government.

Rev. Tesfagiorgis Habte and Mr. Gebrewoldi Kifle, community elders, pointed out that the inhabitants of the sub-zone have been collaborating with such families for a long time, and that the current initiative would continue until the end of the ongoing rain-fed farming.

Out of the participants of the venture, Yohanes Yemane and Kiflai Teklemariam voiced readiness to continue backing families of fallen heroes.

Mr. Ahmed Mohammed, Administrator of the sub-zone, disclosed that the inhabitants of 17 Administrative areas have so far demonstrated a gesture of this type.
