Ginda: More than 11 Kg. tumor removed surgically from the womb of a mother

The Administration of the Regional Referral Hospital of the Northern Red Sea region in Ginda town said that a tumor weighing 11.5 Kg. has been removed surgically from the womb of a mother, Ms. Halima Jabir, who is currently in good health condition.

Ginda, 2 July 2013 – The Administration of the Regional Referral Hospital of the Northern Red Sea region in Ginda town said that a tumor weighing 11.5 Kg. has been removed surgically from the womb of a mother, Ms. Halima Jabir, who is currently in good health condition.

Ms. Almaz Kidane from the surgical department indicated that such a phenomenon constitutes a new experience in the hospital, and that the successful surgery attests to its growing capacity.

Mr. Adem Saleh, the husband of Ms. Halima, pointed out that such experience had caused her a severe suffering which they had endured in the course an unsuccessful medical visit to Sudan until her delivery day at the regional referral Hospital. The couple commended the favorable gesture of the medical staff.
