Inhabitants of Arekub and Mikuti areas elect Area administrators

The inhabitants of Arekub and Mikuti areas, Laelai-Gash sub-zone, have elected Area administrators and managing directors.

Augaro, 24 July 2013 – The inhabitants of Arekub and Mikuti areas, Laelai-Gash sub-zone, have elected Area administrators and managing directors.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Abraham Haile, sub-zonal Administrator, called on the new elects to serve the people with commitment and to do their level best as regards fostering the prevailing harmony between communities and the respective Administrations.

Mr. Gebremichael Kifleyesus and Mr. Kiflom Andebirhan, new Administrators of Arekub and Mikuti areas respectively, voiced readiness to serve the communities with dedication.

Among the inhabitants, Rev. Gebreamlak Teklehaimanot and Rev. Musie Teshome indicated that the role of Area administrators is vital in the implementation of development programs, and called on the administrative staff to live up to the community’s expectations.
