Eid Al-Fetir colorfully celebrated across nation

Eid Al-Fetir was today colorfully celebrated nation-wide.

Asmara, 08 August 2013 – Eid Al-Fetir was today colorfully celebrated nation-wide.

In the observance at Bahti-Meskren Square here in the capital, in which government and PFDJ officials as well as thousands of the faithful took part, prayer service was conducted headed by the Eritrean Mufti, Sheikh Al-Amin Osman Al-Amin.

Expressing good wish to the Eritrean people in general and followers of the Islamic faith in particular, the Mufti noted that the event is an occasion when nationals demonstrate fraternal love and extend a helping hand to the needy.
