Participants of Festival 2013 express satisfaction with transport service

The participants of Festival 2013 from various corners of the country have expressed satisfaction with the direct transport service being rendered to and from the event’s grounds in Dekemhare city.

Dekemhare, 20 August 2013 – The participants of Festival 2013 from various corners of the country have expressed satisfaction with the direct transport service being rendered to and from the event’s grounds in Dekemhare city.

Among the participants, Mr. Yosef Ogbazgi, Mr. Ahferom Gebremichael, Ogbagiorgis Tesfagiorgis and Nardos Zeru lauded the teamwork witnessed in organizing the event. Moreover, the fact that transport service is at ease has encouraged more number of visitors, they added.

Mr. Ahmed Ali-Shum, Head of public transport in the Southern region, explained that the necessary preparations as regards transport in connection with the Festival were finalized ahead of time, and that a number of buses have been dispatched to give reasonable service from 5 AM to 8 PM.

Meanwhile, various minibuses are transporting people within the city until midnight.
