Group of Eritrean women in Uppsala engaged in backing families of martyrs to enhance efforts thereof

Members of a group of Eritrean women in Uppsala, Sweden, who have been engaged in backing 45 families of martyrs said that they would enhance efforts thereof.

Asmara, 29 August 2013 – Members of a group of Eritrean women in Uppsala, Sweden, who have been engaged in backing 45 families of martyrs said that they would enhance efforts thereof.

During a personal encounter with the family members, Ms. Yifterela Debas, a representative of the group, pointed out that the trust group was established in 2007 comprising 7 members, the number of which presently stands at 4. She also hosted a breakfast reservation, besides personally extending 2,000 Nakfa each for the nationals.

The members of families of fallen heroes on their part expressed satisfaction with the support being extended to them by nationals and the Government, and lauded the initiative taken by the members of the group.
