The Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare’s branch in Ginda sub-zone has rehabilitated needy nationals including 11 orphans and families of martyrs, in Demas and Tseret areas in livestock.
Ginda, 09 September 2013 – The Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare’s branch in Ginda sub-zone has rehabilitated needy nationals, including 11 orphans and families of martyrs, in Demas and Tseret areas in livestock.
Mr. Jabir Idris, head of the branch office, explained that it has been engaged in identifying such destitute nationals so as to provide them the necessary groundwork to support themselves. He further disclosed that the nationals have become beneficiaries of a support worth 20,000 Nakfa each.
One of the beneficiaries, Ms. Teberih Woldemariam, wife of a fallen hero, indicated that the government has been extending them consistent support with a view to improving their livelihood, and expressed satisfaction with the current provision.
