The inhabitants of Gogne sub-zone, in collaboration with members of the People’s Army, have extended labor support to families of martyrs in the rain-fed farming.

Gogne, 14 September 2013 – The inhabitants of Gogne sub-zone, in collaboration with members of the People’s Army, have extended labor support to families of martyrs in the rain-fed farming.

Participants of the popular campaign disclosed that it would continue until the end of the farming process.

Among the beneficiaries, Mr. Abdalla Osman, Mr. Suleiman Osman, Ms. Meryem Hud’a and Ms. Meryem Omar expressed satisfaction with the support, and said that the norm of supporting families of fallen heroes attests to the people’s readiness to honor the trust of martyrs.

One of the commanders of the People’s Army in the sub-zone, Jimi’e Siraj, explained that they have been making significant input in the national development process, besides backing needy nationals through labor.

Mr. Ibrahim Gufe, Administrator of Asugie, stated that the undertaking in the area gave rise to the weeding of a total of 24 hectares belonging to 12 families of fallen heroes.
