Students in Hagaz called upon to play due role regarding crime prevention

The Administration of Police Force in Hagaz semi-urban center has called on students to play due role regarding crime prevention on the basis of raising their awareness pertaining to law.

Hagaz, 31 October 2013 – The Administration of Police Force in Hagaz semi-urban center has called on students to play due role regarding crime prevention on the basis of raising their awareness pertaining to law.

Speaking at a seminar focusing on prevention of crimes and accidents resulting from natural and man-made causes,Sub- Lieutenant Kifleyesus Isaac, commander of the police station in the locality, urged students to keep intact societal values and demonstrate moral virtue, besides ensuring bright future through educational pursuit.

Likewise, Mr. Shimai Woldai, director of the High School in the semi-urban center, advised students to effectively utilize educational opportunities, and thus guarantee career development.

Mr. Saleh Ibrahim, head of the Education Ministry’s branch in Hagaz sub-zone, indicated that stepped-up endeavors are being exerted to promote equitability of educational services in the area. He also stressed that students should avoid situations leading towards criminal acts.

The participants asserted that they would live up to the expectation of the society.
