Ginda: Trainers’ course organized focusing on pediatric care

A training course involving theoretical and practical aspects as regards pediatric care was organized for professional trainers from all over the Northern Red Sea region in Ginda town with a view to attaining still more gratifying impact to this end.

Ginda, 09 November 2013 – A training course involving theoretical and practical aspects as regards pediatric care was organized for professional trainers from all over the Northern Red Sea region in Ginda town with a view to attaining still more gratifying impact to this end.

Dr. Dawit Estifanos, medical director in Ginda Regional Referral Hospital, explained that the training is aimed at raising the role of medical professionals in the prevention of related diseases through identification of their causes, and called on the trainees to strive for the realization of the cherished goal. He also said that cases of child morbidity and mortality have shown significant decline following the conducting of such trainings and in connection with the commitment of health personnel.

Accordingly, the beneficiaries of the training are due to train health professionals in their respective remote areas.

Reports indicate that trainings of this type were conducted twice a year at the Regional Referral Hospital.
