Inhabitants of Adi-Kefelet and Adi-Gebrai villages renovate dirt road to the area

The inhabitants of Adi-Kefelet and Adi-Gebrai villages, Central region, have renovated the 12-Km dirt road to the area, and said that they would sustain their input as regards backing national development endeavors.

Asmara, 09 November 2013 – The inhabitants of Adi-Kefelet and Adi-Gebrai villages, Central region, have renovated the 12-Km dirt road to the area, and said that they would sustain their input as regards backing national development endeavors.

Mr. Yosef Gebremeskel, driver, indicated that erosion of the road used to cause transportation problem, while its renovation has presently encouraged more trips to the locality.

Mr. Alazar Siletsion, Administrator of the villages, lauded the active popular participation witnessed in the process, especially the special input made by two philanthropist nationals in this connection.

Mr. Afwerki Demena, dozer operator, stated that the road has become wide enough to simultaneously accommodate bicycle riders and motor vehicles, and called on the inhabitants to sustain follow-up on it during the rainy season.
