Barentu residents carry out environmental hygiene campaign

The residents of all Administrative areas of Barentu city have carried out environmental hygiene campaign with a view to eradicating communicable diseases resulting from lack of hygiene.

Barentu, 15 November 2013 – The residents of all Administrative areas of Barentu city have carried out environmental hygiene campaign with a view to eradicating communicable diseases resulting from lack of hygiene. They further disclosed that the community venture constitutes a continuation of their initiatives aimed at promoting environmental health, and stated that appreciable organization was witnessed in the recent undertaking.

Among the city residents, Ms. Fatina Warshai, Mr. Anjet Shedin and Mr. Andebirhan Bairu explained that the communities have acquired remarkable experience as regards preventing communicable diseases through promoting environmental sanitation. They also said that they would sustain initiative in this regard.

Members of Segen Construction Company were also involved in the popular undertaking.
