The members of the national association branches in Italy have reiterated readiness to back up development activities in the Homeland on the basis of fostering organizational coordination and activities.

Asmara, 19 November 2013 – The members of the national association branches in Italy have reiterated readiness to back up development activities in the Homeland on the basis of fostering organizational coordination and activities.

They made the pledge at an assessment meeting in Rome city, during which the Eritrean Ambassador to Italy, Mr. Zemede Tekle, gave briefings regarding the objective situation in the Homeland, in addition to shedding light on the successful development accomplishments being registered involving higher community participation.

Moreover, members of the managing committees of the Association branches presented reports on the previous semi-annual activities, and asserted that they would do their level best for still more gratifying outcome.

The participants of the meeting conducted extensive discussion on the agenda items, and adopted plan for the forthcoming semi-annual period. They also said that they would mount resolve against external conspiracies.
