The inhabitants and members of the People’s Army in Haikota sub-zone have conducted popular campaign at Fesco Agricultural Project.
Barentu, 28 November 2013- The inhabitants and members of the People’s Army in Haikota sub-zone have conducted popular campaign at Fesco Agricultural Project.
Organizers of the popular campaign indicated that the objective of the campaign was to enable members of the public become beneficiaries of agricultural products of the project by stabilizing the market in the area.
Mr. Mohammed-Ali, Mr. Girmai Hadera and Mr. Mohammed Hassan explained that as a result of the popular campaign they conducted they have come to understand that they are the main beneficiaries of the project, and expressed satisfaction for participation in the campaign alongside the People’s Army.
Mr. Tesfa’alem Araia, member of People’s Army, explained that the campaign they conducted is the continuation of similar activities they have been undetaking, and that it is ongoing as the project is playing due role in stabilizing the market.
Mr. Hailezgi Habte, Manager of the project, on his part indicated that the inhabitants are continuously conducting such popular campaigns, and that the present project is a continuation of previous ones.
