At an assessment meeting conducted in Barentu, Mr. Mohammed Hamid, Administrator of Gash-Barka region, explained that streamlining of civil servants in order to realize work efficiency is a priority in the region.
Barentu, 28 November 2013- At an assessment meeting conducted in Barentu, Mr. Mohammed Hamid, Administrator of Gash-Barka region, explained that streamlining of civil servants in order to realize work efficiency is a priority in the region.
He further called on Government institutions to introduce clear and transparent way of working and give priority to better organizing their respective institutions.
Mr. Rezene Adonai, Secretary of PFDJ in the region, on his part presented activity report of branches and groups, and called on the civil servants in the region to strengthen organization and reinforce participation in development programs.
Likewise, Mr. Rezene Michael, Head of political affairs at the PFDJ in the region, gave briefings on the objective situation in the region and organizational chart of civil servants. Mr. Rezene also called on Government institutions to work for the implementation of the plan.
The participants of the meeting called for corrective measure of weaknesses witnessed in the past and overcome shortage of facilities in the sub-zones and administrative areas.
