Central region: More than 500 youth workers become beneficiaries of various trainings

A total of 546 youth workers in the Central region have become beneficiaries of trainings in AutoCAD use, research methodology, Principles of Management, language and installation system of electricity, water line, as well as sewage in buildings.

Asmara, 07 December 2013 – A total of 546 youth workers in the Central region have become beneficiaries of trainings in AutoCAD use, research methodology, Principles of Management, language and installation system of electricity, water line, as well as sewage in buildings.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony conducted at Asmara City Hall, Mr. Samson Kifle, head of the NUEYS branch in the region, pointed out that it has been exerting endeavors towards equipping youths with the necessary knowledge and skills in collaboration with the regional Administration, line ministries and national training centers. He further called on the trainees to focus on career development.

Likewise, Mr. Girmai Haile from the branch office equally urged the beneficiaries of the trainings to effectively exploit the knowledge and skill know-how they have acquired, and lauded all the bodies that collaborated in organizing the training program.

Among the trainees, Beilul Tsegai, Asmait Simon and Girmai Teklesenbet noted the significant impact of the trainings involving theoretical and pragmatic aspects in their future career pursuit, and called for the sustainability of such initiative.

The Administrator of the Central region inaugurated the exhibition staged by the graduates, during which session cultural performances were also presented.
