High  and Junior school students in Tessenei city have conducted a successful development campaign in Fiesko Integrated Farm Project.

Tessenei, 09 December 2013 – High and Junior school students in Tessenei city have conducted a successful development campaign in Fiesko Integrated Farm Project.

Mr. Hailezgi Habte, disclosed that communities and members of the People’s Army in the outlying areas have been engaging in such popular ventures targeting a range of farming activities, and that the current undertaking is a continuation of the community-led initiative. Such collaboration attests to the prevalence of the Eritrean culture of collaboration, he added.

Among the students, Samson Girmatsion, Feven Teklesenbet and Biniam Girmai expressed satisfaction with taking part in the campaign, and said that an accomplishment of this type demonstrates that student communities have significant potentials as regards national development goals.
