Funeral service of veteran fighter Mihretab conducted at Asmara Martyrs Cemetery

Funeral service of veteran fighter Mihretab Tesfagiorgis was conducted today at Asmara Martyrs Cemetery in the presence of senior government officials and  fellow freedom fighters, co-workers and companions, as well as siblings.

Asmara, 12 December 2013 – Funeral service of veteran fighter Mihretab Tesfagiorgis was conducted today at Asmara Martyrs Cemetery in the presence of senior government officials and  fellow freedom fighters, co-workers and companions, as well as siblings.

The participants of the funeral service testified that the late Mihretab, one of the founders of Dimtsi Hafash radio during the armed struggle for independence, demonstrated personality virtues, including courteousy, hard work, optimism, firmness and altruism in his experience as a freedom fighter and post-independence office tenure.
