The Ministry of Education’s branch in Haikota sub-zone indicated that the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare to extend financial and material support to needy students has borne fruitful outcome pertaining to inspiring student enthusiasm.

Haikota, 12 December 2013 – The Ministry of Education’s branch in Haikota sub-zone indicated that the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare to extend financial and material support to needy students has borne fruitful outcome pertaining to inspiring student enthusiasm.

Mr. Abdalla Mahmoud, head of the Education Ministry’s branch office, explained that the covering of such leaning expenses for the students has made significant impact as regards raising the participation of children in education, especially in the Administrative areas of Libaniyai and Girasha.

Mr. Medhanie Gebremedhin, head of social service in the sub-zone, called on the beneficiaries of the support to ensure bright future through demonstrating excellence in their educational pursuit.

Among the parents of the students, Mr. Yacob Shelal, Mr. Idris Humed and Ms. Meryem Afa expressed conviction that their children could focus on their academic activities thanks to the support extended to them at government expenditure.
