The Education Ministry’s branch in Hagaz sub-zone has called on school directors and Area administrators to enhance role with a view to giving impetus to Adult Education Program in the locality.
Hagaz, 19 December 2013 – The Education Ministry’s branch in Hagaz sub-zone has called on school directors and Area administrators to enhance role with a view to giving impetus to Adult Education Program in the locality.
Speaking at an assessment meeting thereof, Mr. Saleh Ibrahim, Head of the branch office, pointed out that the program has made gratifying impact in the Administrative areas of Ad-Fakai, Adalet, Gilass and Awenjeli. The exerting of more efforts in the remaining areas is a prerequisite for similar outcome, and commendable result has been registered pertaining to the education of children who lagged in exposure in the domain, he added.
Ms. Abrehet Gebre, Head of Adult Education Program in Anseba region, stated that enhanced efforts are being made towards ensuring integrated approach of the program’s implementation, and further called for stepped-up participation on the part of Area administrators and teachers.
In closing remarks, Ms. Amna Haj, Administrator of the sub-zone, explained that more initiatives would be made in a bid to realize the cherished goal. The tasks to be undertaken to this end include the conducting of research on the prevailing challenges of the program at local scope and ensuring opportunity for members of the People’s Army to become beneficiaries of such an opportunity.
