Youth trained with different disciplines graduated

As part of the efforts being exerted by the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students (NUEYS), 144 members trained for 3 months with different disciplines have been graduated in Mendefera.

 

Mendefera, 29 December 2013- As part of the efforts being exerted by the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students (NUEYS), 144 members trained for 3 months with different disciplines have been graduated in Mendefera.

Mr. Tekeste Mokonnen, Head of the Union’s branch in the region, indicated that the training included computer, painting, photography and hairdressing, and commended the interest witnessed by the trainees.

Mr. Abraham Hagos, Administrator of Mendefera sub-zone, on his part stressed the significance of the training in upgrading the skills of the youth, and called on the trainees to upgrade their skills through practice.

Representative of the trainees expressed readiness to work hard to improve their livelihood with the training they received and transfer their knowledge to fellow citizens.

Documents indicate that the NUEYS branch in the Southern region provided training with different disciplines in this year to 965 youth out of which 589 women.
