The Eritrean community members in Oakland, USA, have inaugurated a Community Cultural Center worth USD 1.5 million in coincidence with New Year celebrations.

 

Asmara, 02 January 2014 – The Eritrean community members in Oakland, USA, have inaugurated a Community Cultural Center worth USD 1.5 million in coincidence with New Year celebrations.

According to reports the Center would make significant input as regards inspiring community harmony, the nurturing of cultural and national values, as well as popularization of the Eritrean culture, besides the fact that its launching is exemplary to other Eritrean communities.

A number of nationals from Los Angeles, Las Vegas and other US cities also took part in the ceremony.
