A total of 300 members of the Eastern Command have become beneficiaries of various trainings involving 3-month courses in management, finance and basic computer applications.

Assab, 04 January 2014 – A total of 300 members of the Eastern Command have become beneficiaries of various trainings involving 3-month courses in management, finance and basic computer applications.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Maj. Berhane Gebresilasie, Head of the Command’s finance staff, pointed out that such trainings have been organized in a frequent manner with a view to raising the professional and academic competencies of staff members. The efforts have given rise to a visible impact, while academic activities are being conducted on a regular pace and members could cope with works demanding new technology.

Daniel Haile, representative of the trainees, expressed satisfaction with the program, and said that they would enhance role in their respective positions.
