Book Fair vital groundwork for nurturing the culture of reading, Say visitors

Visitors of the 13th National Book Fair pointed out that it provides a vital groundwork for nurturing the culture of reading among the members of the youth generation.

Asmara, 31 March 2014 – Visitors of the 13th National Book Fair pointed out that it provides a vital groundwork for nurturing the culture of reading among the members of the youth generation.

Among the visitors, Mr. Estifanos Gebrekidan and Liwam Kahsai, a student, noted the power of reading in connection with the conducting of the event and availability of various books.

Likewise, Mr. Kahsai Asfaha, teacher, and Nahom Zerai, a student, explained that the fair, where a total of 140 institutions associated with the  Print Industry are taking part, attests to the endeavors being exerted towards nurturing youths who are equipped with knowledge. They further expressed satisfaction with the fairness of the prices of the staged books, and called on parents to take the advantage of this.

Among the participants, Mr. Efrem Teklai and Ms. Abrehet Misgina equally advised teachers and students to participate in the fair and make use of every opportunity to this end.
