Keren city: Members of the People’s Army assert readiness to step up participation in national development undertakings

The members of the People’s Army in Keren city who have been engaged in diverse community-led development activities asserted readiness to sustain participation in a highly organized manner.

Keren, 01 April 2014 – The members of the People’s Army in Keren city who have been engaged in diverse community-led development activities asserted readiness to sustain participation in a highly organized manner.

They further asserted that the People of Eritrea are in a position to further national development without falling victim to hostile external conspiracies, and called on nationals to enhance role in national development activities.

The putting in place of various facilities all over the country and pursuing several domains attests to the pace of the nation’s development and the bright future thereof.

Among the members of the People’s Army, Lt. Kalab Gebremariam, brigade commander, stated that they have been exerting enhanced efforts so as to realize the cherished development goals, and thus giving rise to  the finalization of construction of micro-dams before the onset of the rainy season.
