Training course organized for 56 instructors from higher education institutions with a view to inspire their awareness on digital library
A total of 56 instructors and PFDJ representatives from higher education institutions who have been attending a training course as regards digital library graduated yesterday.
Asmara, 17 April 2014 – A total of 56 instructors and PFDJ representatives from higher education institutions who have been attending a training course as regards digital library graduated yesterday.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony which was conducted at the premises of the EIT, Prof. Tesfamichael Haile, Vice President of the Institute, noted the importance of the training vis-à-vis the routine activities of the trainees, and called on them to share the knowledge they have acquired with their co-workers.
Mr. Teklehaimanot Yemane, graduate assistant in EIT’s department of Computer Engineering, stated that such training was organized for the first time, and pointed out that it would make a remarkable impact in the teaching-learning process.
Among the trainees, Mr. Abdu Adem and Mr. Tsegai Hatesilasie expressed satisfaction with the training, and assured readiness to develop the knowledge they have acquired through experience. They also called for the conducting of more trainings of this type in the future.
