The residents of Ginda town, Northern Red Sea region, are engaged in an environmental hygiene campaign in collaboration with members of the People’s Army with a view to doing away with instances of Malaria.
Ginda, 29 April 2014 – The residents of Ginda town, Northern Red Sea region, are engaged in an environmental hygiene campaign in collaboration with members of the People’s Army with a view to doing away with instances of Malaria.
Among the participants, Mr. Idris Mohammed-Ali and Ms. Zahra Ibrahim indicated that the higher popular awareness prevails to this end, and that higher sprit of popular participation is being demonstrated in the communal venture.
Mr. Tesfalidet Tekle, head of general service in Ginda Regional Referral Hospital, noted the vitality of the undertaking vis-à-vis elimination of potential spots for mosquito reproduction.
Meanwhile, the residents and the members of the People’s Army have been engaged in prevention trees, afforestation and other forms of environmental hygiene.
