A call has been made during a seminar for reinforcement of tripartite relations among parents, students and teachers in a bid to raise quality of educational service in Hagaz sub-zone.
Hagaz, 07 May 2014 – A call has been made during a seminar for reinforcement of tripartite relations among parents, students and teachers in a bid to raise quality of educational service in Hagaz sub-zone.
Reports indicated that the issues of crime prevention, food security, expanding agricultural activities, conservation of trees, and inspiring student competence were discussed extensively in the course of the seminar.
Mr. Mohammed-Ali, member of the Assembly of Anseba region said that students should prove higher competency, while parents are due to enhance follow-up on their children’s scholastic affairs for a better learning outcome.
Ms. Letekidan Weldegabir, head of the NUEW branch in the sub-zone, indicated that members of the Union have witnessed improvement in their livelihood on the basis of the opportunities accorded them, and called on them to strive for still more gratifying outcome.
Likewise, Mr. Shumai Woldu, School director, stated that enhanced efforts are being made on the part of the government with a view to promoting equitability of educational service.
The participants of the seminar expressed satisfaction with its outcome, and asserted readiness to raise their input in the teaching-learning process as well as national development programs.
