Students Week conducted in Ginda

A Students Week was conducted at Ginda town with a view to promoting student potentials regarding extra-curricular activities, popularizing culture and laying groundwork for exchange of experience.

Ginda, 07 May 2014 – A Students Week was conducted at Ginda town with a view to promoting student potentials regarding extra-curricular activities, popularizing culture and laying groundwork for exchange of experience.

The event which was conducted in collaboration with the Education Ministry’s and NUEYS branch offices in the sub-zone witnessed the staging of sports and cultural activities as well as photo exhibition.

Mr. Seid Saleh, School director, and Mr. Dejen Gebru, head of the NUEYS branch, stated that the event is making significant impact as regards keeping intact of cultural values and nurturing versatile youths.

The participating students expressed satisfaction with the Week and called for organizing it on a better footing in the future.
