Tourism Service institutions in Tessenei were called upon at a seminar to enhance role as regards fostering domestic tourism on the basis of raising service quality and making available tourist information regarding tourist sites.

Tessenei, 10 May 2014 – Tourism Service institutions in Tessenei were called upon at a seminar to enhance role as regards fostering domestic tourism on the basis of raising service quality and making available tourist information regarding tourist sites.

In the course of the seminar in which owners and employees of such establishments participated, it was stated that stepped-up efforts should be exerted towards population of cultural values and people’s lifestyle as the city has high number of visitors.

In closing remarks, Mr. Yemane Hailemariam, head of the Hotel and Tourism Training Center, pointed out that various development and merchandizing activities are the secret behind Tesseney’s growing number of visitors, which calls for ensuring an equivalent service.

The seminar participants expressed readiness to translate the new insights they acquired into practice, and thereby ensuring customer satisfaction as well as tourist awareness pertaining to the area.
